Belvac supplies Reversed OV units as standard on all machines. Reversed technology directs the varnish mist downwards instead of upwards which will prevent the mist contacting the spindle disk, mandrels, and other sections of the decorator. Mist is collected in 3 different points:

1. Over the gravure roller
2. Between the gravure and applicator roller
3. Underneath the OV in a drip tray

As standard we use Flexo Chamber fountains. The main advantages of this fountain are:

• less misting
• spring scrapers that always produce the correct coating thickness
