Quality Management System

Belvac began our documented Quality Management System journey when we received certification to the ISO 9001:1994 Standards in March of 1998. Since that time we have continued to move our organization forward through continuous improvement of our quality management system. We reached our second milestone in September of 2002 when we achieved certification on our transition to the new ISO 9001:2000 Standards.

Customer focus have always been a part of Belvac’s philosophy and with the new ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standards the emphasis has increased on our key success – you, our customers. We want you to know we care about your perceptions, satisfaction and service you receive from us. Our quality policy supports our claims that we want to provide “defect free products, services and information that meet customer requirements through continuous improvement of our quality management system.” Therefore we want to hear from you.

We provide a Customer Feedback form located on our Web Site to facilitate any communications you would like to have with us on the quality of our products, service or information provided – good and bad. Your comments will be assigned to one of our Management Representatives who will be happy to communicate back with you once they have reviewed your information.

Since 1998, information supplied by our customers has helped us improve processes in the areas of Design and Development, Sales, Manufacturing, Assembly, Shipping and Servicing of our products. This information provided by our customer feedback system provides Belvac Production Machinery, Inc. the opportunity to improve our processes that have an effect on you, our customer.
