Belvac Service Department announces changes to fee schedule to include additional managerial resources

Lynchburg, Va., December 3, 2002 -- Belvac Production Machinery, Inc., A Dover Company (NYSE-DOV), and a leader in can and other rigid container machinery manufacturing, announces a important revisions to its service fee schedule and policies.

In an effort to work more closely with our customers and help them manage their ongoing machinery maintenance costs, Belvac has revised its service fee schedule effective January 1, 2003.

For your review this site references the prior year and our new fee schedule for comparison purposes.

The highlights of our revised Customer Support Program include --

Effective January 1, 2003 the following rates apply:

  Monday through Friday - $600.00 per day, based on a 10 hour work day, service engineer. ($850/day design engineer, $1100/day director/departmental manager).

  Weekends and Holidays - $600.00 per day, based on a 10 hour work day for service engineer.  ($850/day design engineer, $1100/day director/departmental manager)
