Lynchburg, VA, USA -- In conjunction with celebrating our 40th year in business, we are proud to introduce our newest line of container converting machinery solutions. Our plastic bottle Trimmer Finisher Series allows Blow Molders to make cost competitive wide mouth containers. Using our 40 years of experience in making two and three piece beverage cans, we now offer this unique technology for all plastic bottle constructions, including PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, PE, as well as multi-layer applications.
While initially designed to meet the demands of the wide mouth PET container industry, our end users have shown us ways our finishing modules can dramatically enhance the inside neck finish of various polyolefin constructions. Additional capabilities include flange trimming for double seaming applications, such as snack food and tennis ball containers.
If there is an interest on your part to use an advanced, yet competitively priced technology to simplify your blow molding process, allowing you to more efficiently produce wide mouth containers, by utilizing standard narrow neck, instead of costly wide mouth pre-forms, Belvac has the solution.
For precise trimming and finishing of your containers, the proven Belvac patented trimmer technology has been incorporated into our Dome Trimmers DT Series, and Flange Trimmers (FT Series), to ensure burr-free, sliver-free and step-free trimming for PET containers with a wide range of diameters and heights. Models for various speed requirements are available from as high as 800 BPM to as economical as 100 BPM, with tabletop units available for lab applications.
What really makes us stand out from alternative technologies is our Patent Pending FINISHER (F Series), a rotary turret that is used to spin burnish (using a heated tool) the sealing surface of a plastic container after it has been trimmed, in order to provide a smooth inner lip and TSS on the wide mouth opening.
We will be sharing a large show presence with a number of our other Dover Companies, specialists in a wide variety of packaging machinery technologies, including:
