Environmental Responsibility

Belvac’s Machines are designed to favorably contribute to the ecological and environmental needs of the world.  For example, the Belvac Necker reduces the amount of organic material needed for each can.  Belvac’s Base Reformer is designed to save between 10% and 20% of the raw material required to produce a can without sacrificing its structural integrity.  Because of the speed and efficiency of all Belvac Machines less power is consumed per can produced. The very nature of the can is eminently recyclable, by means of both scrap reclamation in production and post consumer recycling.

Commitment

Belvac is committed to leading the market, which means it is already defining the next generation of machines.  Innovative application of technology and constant improvement of its machinery has been the goal driving Belvac to become the world leader in continuous motion rotary machinery.

Belvac’s founding philosophies of quality, work ethic, pride, and craftsmanship as well as new world entrepreneurial spirit are still present today. Belvac continues to hire the best people, use the best techniques and use the best quality material. The result is the best quality product.

Quality

Belvac Production Machinery is built to last the lifetime of the industry.  Over the past forty years Belvac has produced hundreds of Production Machines for the Can Making Industry, and installed them in over 35 countries.  Nearly one hundred percent of all Belvac machines ever produced are still operating.  This incredible measure of quality is the heart and soul of Belvac Production Machinery.  It is measured in 10,000 of an inch in application, and in the commitment and attitude of the individuals that comprise Belvac.
